Ingredients

4 eggs

250g of flour

30 cl of milk

4 tbsp. at s. sugar

2 tbsp. c. heating powder

2 squeezes of salt or fine salt

Oil

Directions:

Separate whites from yellows.Blend the yolks with the drain. Including sugar, flour, preparing powder, salt too blend to you get a smooth glue. Beat egg whites, & overlap them to the batter.

Heat and oil a singing container with a small oil. Put 2 to 3 little scoops of hitter within the skillet, dividing them separated.Proceed cooking for a small less than 1 minute.

Place them on a plate and proceed cooking until the player is utilized up. Serve hot with maple syrup and pecans.
