No-Bake Cookie Cake Recipe

Want something sweet but don’t have time to bake for hours? Our cookie cake recipe that doesn’t need to be baked is the answer! The richness of smooth peanut butter, the sweetness of honey, and the luxury of chocolate chips come together in this quick and tasty treat. This recipe is sure to be a hit, whether you’re making dinner at the last minute or having a cosy family get-together.

Ingredients

For the base of cookies:

  • 2 cups of quick oats
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter (or any other nut or seed butter you like)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 cup butter without salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Topping for the Cake:

  • 1 cup dark, milk, or semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter that’s smooth
  • A quarter cup of chopped nuts

INSTRUCTIONS

GET TO THE BASE READY :

Put the honey (or maple syrup), unsalted butter, and 1 cup of peanut butter in a medium-sized pot. Mix everything together well and melt it over medium-low heat.

MIX TO THE DRY INGREDIENTS :

Gather the quick oats, vanilla extract, and salt in a big bowl. Mix them together.

Wet and Dry Mix Add the oats to a bowl and pour the melted peanut butter mixture on top of them.

Mix everything together well.

Click on the Mixture: Put parchment paper around the edges of a baking dish. Spread the mixture out in the dish.

Get the topping ready: Place the chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of peanut butter in a small bowl. Always mix it for 30 seconds to make it smooth

  • Put on toppings: Put the chocolate mix on top of the cookie base. If you want, you can sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
  • Put the cookie cake in the fridge for at least two hours before serving.
